Ingredients
| 1 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 |
cups all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 |
cup warm water |
| 1 |
tablespoons yeast |
| 1/2 |
cup tomato sauce |
| 1/4 |
cup mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add dissolved yeast, stir into dough. Add more water or flour if necessary to form dough. Knead until smooth. Let set for five minutes. Roll our onto greased pizza pan. Top with tomato or pizza sauce, cheese, and chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
