| 3 | tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons water |
| 1/2 | teaspoons olive oil |
- Remove stems from strawberries and quarter.
- Puree strawberries in small food processor until smooth.
- Place puree in a small bowl and stir in balsamic vinegar, water (regular or seltzer) and oil.
