Black Bean Salsa (Ada) Recipe

This salsa is great with fish, too. From the American Diabetes Association. canned black beans, red onion, jalapeno pepper, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, garlic, tomatoes, red pepper, cilantro, fresh parsley cvt

Ingredients
15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed (16315)
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
22 g (1 canned pepper) jalapeno pepper, minced (11632)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic cloves, minced
2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
