| 85 | g Butter |
| 55 | g Sugar |
| 250 | g Plain Flour |
| 100 | g mixed dried fruit |
- Cream together the butter, sugar and mixed dried fruit
- sieve together dry ingredients and work into the cream a little at a time. Adding a spoonful of water at a time if necessary.
- Roll very thinly between two sheets of transparent cooking foil, sprinkle with flour if sticky.
- cut into biscuits and prick, or use cookie cutter for fun shapes!
- Put in oven for 10-12 minutes
