Mixed Fruit Biscuits Recipe

Biscuit with Mixed Fruit

Ingredients
85 g Butter
55 g Sugar
250 g Plain Flour
100 g mixed dried fruit
Directions
  1. Cream together the butter, sugar and mixed dried fruit

  2. sieve together dry ingredients and work into the cream a little at a time. Adding a spoonful of water at a time if necessary.

  3. Roll very thinly between two sheets of transparent cooking foil, sprinkle with flour if sticky.

  4. cut into biscuits and prick, or use cookie cutter for fun shapes!

  5. Put in oven for 10-12 minutes
