Low-fat 10-minute fish marinade.
Perfect for Salmon or any white fish.

Ingredients
| 3 |
minced garlic cloves |
| 1/2 |
cup yoghurt |
| 1/2 |
tsp black pepper |
| 1 |
tbsp paprika |
| 2 |
tbsp Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 |
tsp cayenne pepper |
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Coat each piece of fish with sauce and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Shake off excess sauce and broil or grill.
- Depending upon the thickness of the fish, it will take from 4 to 8 minutes to cook through, until slightly opaque.
