| 12 | oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless |
| 1 | tbsp Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tsp minced garlic |
| 1/2 | tsp paprika |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp black pepper |
- Sprinkle chops all over w/ soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate 20min-2hrs.
- Coat grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.
- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Cook chops 4" from heat, turning once halfway through cooking time, for 10-12 minutes, or until thermometer in center registers 155 degrees and juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh herbs.
