Garlic & Soy Grilled Pork Chops Recipe

From South Beach Cookbook. Phase 1 recipe. 1g carbs.

Ingredients
12 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
  1. Sprinkle chops all over w/ soy sauce, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cover and refrigerate 20min-2hrs.

  3. Coat grill rack or broiler pan with cooking spray.

  4. Preheat grill or broiler.

  5. Cook chops 4" from heat, turning once halfway through cooking time, for 10-12 minutes, or until thermometer in center registers 155 degrees and juices run clear.

  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
