Great texture
| 2 | cups flour, all purpose |
| 3/4 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbsp sugar |
| 1/4 | cup canola oil |
| 1/2 | cup currants |
| 1 | tbsp caraway seeds |
| 6 | oz yogurt, plain nofat |
| 1 | tbsp milk, skim |
- mix first 4 ingredients together
- cut in canola oil until crumbly
- add rest and knead slightly in the bowl
- put in greased round soufle dish
- cut a cross into the top
- Brush top with skim milk
- bake 40 - 50 (45 works well) minutes at 375
