| 1 | cup cottage cheese |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 | tablespoons melted butter |
| 1/4 | cup flour |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp honey |
- Scramble eggs
- Mix in cottage cheese
- Mix in melted butter
- Separately mix the flour and salt
- Add dry mixture into wet mixture slowly
- Grill ¼ cup of batter on a hot pan till they start to bubble and flip.
- Pancakes should be golden and white on both sides
- Serve with some honey
