Scrumptious spaghetti and meat balls!!! fit for a king!
(or queen) :D
|
Ingredients
| 10 |
oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles |
| 8 |
oz tomato sauce |
| 4 |
oz mushrooms, diced |
| 4 |
oz noodles |
| 4 |
oz of shredded cheese |
Directions
- Seperate your ground meat into as many meatballs as you like, bigger or smaller. dosnt matter
- boil them in water until the beat is brown all the way through, obviously, thicker balls will take longer.
- put a small pot on the burner with your tomato sauce in it.. I like to use either Hunts w/garlic (blue lable) or emerils original spaghetti sauce.
- get your mushrooms (i use portabella) and cut them into either thin slices or into cubes.
- put your water on the burner and bring to a boil, after its been boiling for about 2 mins, throw your noodles in. (do it after it boils to avoid sticky noodles)
- sprinkle a small amount of cheese on the bottom of your plate (or bowl) and add a small amount of sauce, then your noodles and rest of your sauce, mushrooms and meatballs, and the rest of your cheese.
