Submitted by steph0214

Makes 1 serving

Scrumptious spaghetti and meat balls!!! fit for a king! (or queen) :D

Ingredients
10 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
8 oz tomato sauce
4 oz mushrooms, diced
4 oz noodles
4 oz of shredded cheese
Directions
  1. Seperate your ground meat into as many meatballs as you like, bigger or smaller. dosnt matter

  2. boil them in water until the beat is brown all the way through, obviously, thicker balls will take longer.

  3. put a small pot on the burner with your tomato sauce in it.. I like to use either Hunts w/garlic (blue lable) or emerils original spaghetti sauce.

  4. get your mushrooms (i use portabella) and cut them into either thin slices or into cubes.

  5. put your water on the burner and bring to a boil, after its been boiling for about 2 mins, throw your noodles in. (do it after it boils to avoid sticky noodles)

  6. sprinkle a small amount of cheese on the bottom of your plate (or bowl) and add a small amount of sauce, then your noodles and rest of your sauce, mushrooms and meatballs, and the rest of your cheese.
