Butter Chicken Curry

Makes 4 servings

Chicken curry

Ingredients
500 g chicken breast, no skin, chopped
1 large tomatos, diced
100 g plain yogurt
110 ml water
116 g tomato paste
1 large onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions, tomato puree, water, yoghurt and 1 pack of 'Asian Gourmet' Butter Chicken paste. Stir for several minutes.

  3. Add meat and simmer for 20 minutes on a low heat.

  4. Serve with rice or naan bread.
