Easy Pancakes Recipe

Makes 5 servings


Great for breakfast Snack or desert!

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cups non fat milk
1 egg
2 tbs splenda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
30 g icbinb
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients in large bowl

  2. Add 1/4 cup of mixture for each pancake to heated skillet

  3. Spray skillet with ICBINB spray

  4. Flip after 30 seconds to cook opposite side.

  5. Enjoy with Lime/Lemon juice and Honey
