Ingredients

egg whites |
| 1 |
tablespoon skim milk |
| 1 |
dash salt |
| 1 |
dash pepper |
| 1 |
tablespoon salsa |
Directions
- Pre-heat skillet on medium heat.
- Seperate egg whites and yolk, throw away yolks.
- Whisk egg whites until fairly foamy.
- Add 1 tablespoon of skim milk into egg whites.
- Dash of salt & pepper to taste. Whisk.
- Pour onto skillet.
- Add tablespoon of any heat of salsa (I use mild) to add taste, and a Mexican flare.
