| 1 | cup red pepper |
| 1 | cup green pepper |
| 1 | cup red onion |
| 1 1/2 | cups pineapple |
| 1/2 | cup pineapple juice |
| 1/2 | cup teriyaki sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon garlic |
| 2 | cups rice |
heat nonstick skillet until very hot.add oil.add garlic,onions,peppers.when soft add pineapple,pineapple juice,teriyaki sauce.add shrimp stir fry until pink and sauce is thick. serve over riceCategories
