Garlic Chicken Recipe

Chicken breast and garlic. Great as a main dish, added to a dish or a salad.

Ingredients
700 grams chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. PanFry

  2. 1. Cube breasts and fry with olive oil.

  3. 2. When browned, add garlic and cook until garlic browned.

  4. 3. Let sit in pan off the heat for 5 minutes for the aroma of garlic to enter chicken.

  5. For Grilling

  6. 1. Mix Olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper.

  7. 2. Filet chicken breasts, then add to mix.

  8. 3. Marinate 2 hours and fire up the grill!!

  9. 4. Grill until golden.
