Great low-fat high protein dip
|
Ingredients

ounce of chickpeas |
| 1/2 |
cup tahini |
| 1/3 |
cup water |
| 2 |
tbsp water |
| 1/4 |
cup lemon juice |
| 1/2 |
tsp ground cumin |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt (sea) |
| 1/4 |
tsp fresh pepper (ground) |
| 1 |
garlic clove, crushed |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender. (Water is both 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp or 110 ml total)
- Blend until smooth.
- Remains fresh refrigerated for 6 days.
