1/2 pound ground beef
6 oz kidney beans
6 oz pinto beans
4 oz garbanzo beans
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 oz tomato paste
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
