| 1 | lb. ground turkey breast, meat only |
| 1/2 | cup bread crumbs, sourdough |
| 1/4 | cup low-fat buttermilk |
| 1/4 | cup green onion, minced |
| 1/4 | cup parsley, chopped |
| 1/2 | tsp. Dijon mustard |
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Divide teh mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties.
- Grill or broil the burgers for 15 minutes, until browned and cooked thoroughly.
