Turkey Burgers Recipe

Delicious healthier alternative to hamburgers.

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey breast, meat only
1/2 cup bread crumbs, sourdough
1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Divide teh mixture into 4 equal portions and form patties.

  2. Grill or broil the burgers for 15 minutes, until browned and cooked thoroughly.
