Brazilian side dish 1/4 cup serving size (approx.)

Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 large onions, sliced
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups farina
Directions
  1. Over medium heat, melt butter, sautee onion slices, add egg and cook partially.

  2. Add farina and toast until egg is fully cooked and liquid is absorbed. It should be a light brown color
