Crazy Chocolate Cake Recipe

Makes 1 serving


a great chocolate cake that is low in cholesterol and saturated fat.

Ingredients
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cups white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
5/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cold water
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
2/3 cup Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350; grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan

  2. Mix all ingredients.

  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a tookpick comes out clean.

  4. Cool and decorate, or eat plain!
