cup chocolate chips |

Directions
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Add to wet ingredients
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Fill paper muffin cups half to three-quarters full
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
- Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes
