Prawn curry
| 400 | g prawns, peeled, cooked |
| 170 | g onion, chopped |
| 220 | ml water |
| 200 | g plain yogurt |
- Heat a little water in a pan.
- Add onion and 1 pack of Asian Home Gourmet Korma curry paste. Heat for several minutes.
- Add prawns and water. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in youghurt and cashew nuts, and serve with rice or naan bread.
