Prawn Korma Recipe

Prawn curry

Ingredients
400 g prawns, peeled, cooked
170 g onion, chopped
220 ml water
200 g plain yogurt
Directions
  1. Heat a little water in a pan.

  2. Add onion and 1 pack of Asian Home Gourmet Korma curry paste. Heat for several minutes.

  3. Add prawns and water. Bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. Stir in youghurt and cashew nuts, and serve with rice or naan bread.
