Scrambled egg white with Sprouts. Great Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/4 tomato
1/4 onion
1/4 teaspoon oil
Directions
Seperate Yolk and egg white. Lightly stir fry onions and Tomatoes. Add the Sprouts and seasoning as required. Add the egg white and quickly scramble.
