Scrambled egg white with Sprouts. Great Breakfast Recipe
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1/2 | cup bean sprouts |
| 1/4 | tomato |
| 1/4 | onion |
| 1/4 | teaspoon oil |
Seperate Yolk and egg white. Lightly stir fry onions and Tomatoes. Add the Sprouts and seasoning as required. Add the egg white and quickly scramble.Categories
