Crockpot Curry Chicken Recipe

Great Crockpot recipe from Kraft Canada!

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast
3 potatoes, peeled, cubed
1 apple, chopped
2 tbsp curry powder
10 oz Chicken broth
2 cups frozen peas, thawed
1 onion, choped
2 cups instant brown rice
Directions
  1. PLACE 1-1/2 lb. meat in slow cooker; top with onion.

  2. ADD sauce and seasoning. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours (or on high for 5 hours).

  3. STIR IN 2 cups uncooked instant white rice and add-ins. Cover and cook an additional 20 min.
