Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 cups salsa, 2 jars
30 g taco seasoning, 1 pkg
1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
Directions
  1. cook onion & peppers in oil

  2. move to crock pot

  3. add salsa, taco seasoning & chicken

  4. cook until veggies are soft
