| 2 | cups lentils |
| 1 | cup freekeh |
| 1 | onion |
| 1/4 | c olive oil |
| 1/4 | c sesame oil |
| 3 | c edamame, cooked |
| 1 | tsp salt |
- Boil lentils till soft.
- Add Freekeh (green wheat) cook until tender.
- Fry onion in garlic and sesame oil until brown.
- Add to lentil and freekeh cook for 10 minutes.
- Add Edamame and salt to taste approximately 1 tsp.
