Carrot Poppers Recipe

Makes 18 servings


Great little poppers at snack time

Ingredients
3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
3 ounces low-fat sour cream
1 cup shredded carrot
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients* and chill at least one hour

  2. Shape into 1/2 - 1 inch balls

  3. Store in refrigerator. Makes a great, quick snack.

  4. * other ingredients, such as shredded pineapple, apple, etc. can be added. Be creative.
