Great little poppers at snack time
| 3 | ounces low-fat cream cheese |
| 3 | ounces low-fat sour cream |
| 1 | cup shredded carrot |
| 1/8 | tsp. black pepper |
- Combine all ingredients* and chill at least one hour
- Shape into 1/2 - 1 inch balls
- Store in refrigerator. Makes a great, quick snack.
- * other ingredients, such as shredded pineapple, apple, etc. can be added. Be creative.
