A souplike chili

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
31 oz chili beans
31 oz diced tomato
32 oz tomato juice
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
3 cups water
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Brown beef, drain, add onion and celery sautee about 2 min.

  2. Add beans and tomatoes. simmer 2 min.

  3. Add juice, water and spices bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer 30 min.
