Low GI Breakfast. Yum, yum, yum!

Ingredients
2/3 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp chopped apricots
2 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp sliced almonds
2 small apples, chopped
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 strawberries
10 raspberries
Directions
Mix everything together and eat!
