Hummus Recipe

Easy and healthy dip

Ingredients
240 g chickpeas, canned, drained and reserve water
1 1/2 tbsn tahini
1 tbsn olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tbsn lime juice (one lime juiced)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and wizz - slowly adding the chickpea water if needed until the consistency is creamy and goes lighter in colour. you can make it quite runny as it will firm over night.
