Easy and healthy dip
| 240 | g chickpeas, canned, drained and reserve water |
| 1 1/2 | tbsn tahini |
| 1 | tbsn olive oil |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 2 | tbsn lime juice (one lime juiced) |
Place all ingredients in blender and wizz - slowly adding the chickpea water if needed until the consistency is creamy and goes lighter in colour. you can make it quite runny as it will firm over night.Categories
