| 500 | g shredded lobster/crawfish meat |
| 3 | tbs ICBINB |
| 1 | tbs sunflower oil |
| 2 | oz onion, chopped |
| 2 | oz green bell pepper, sliced |
| 3 | oz tomato paste |
| 1/4 | tsp thyme leaves |
| 1 | tsp scotch bonnet chile pepper -chopped |
| 1 | cube Knorr fish seasoning |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
- Boil lobster tails in shell
- Remove shell, cut and pick meat in small shreds
- Heat margarine/oil in pan and add lobster- stir until almost brown.
- Add onions, green pepper, tomato paste, thyme, chile, salt & pepper.
- Cover pan and let simmer for 20-30 mins, cook till tomato paste is well done or changes color.
- Note: To prevent burning, stir bottom to top
