Amazing. Can be made without gluten: 3-3 1/2 cups rice flour, 1-1/2 cup potato flour 1 tsp xanthan gum

Ingredients
2 cups grated coconut
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup splenda
1 1/2 cup water
Directions
coco, sugar and water. flour and baking powder. Mix to doughy texture- not to sticky. 350 in aluminum foil for 1-1/2 hours.
