Shephards Pie
| 425 | g minced beef |
| 240 | g onion, diced |
| 320 | g carrots |
| 1 | tsp oregano, dried |
| 1/4 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 350 | g tomatos, diced |
| 100 | g mushrooms, diced |
| 555 | g potatos, boiled |
| 300 | ml water |
| 60 | g cheese |
| 2 | tsp tomato paste |
| 5 | g vegetable stock cube |
- Keep the potatos and cheese to one side.
- Put the mince, onion, tomato paste, tomatos, mushrooms, carrots and gravy in a pan. Heat over a medium-high heat until the mince is cooked.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the liquid is reduced to desired consistency.
- Place in an oven proof dish.
- Mash the potatos and place on top.
- Add slices of cheese.
- Heat in an oven until the cheese is melted/browned.
