Yummy smoothie made with blackberries, blueberries, bananas, and orange juice.

Ingredients
10 oz water
2 oz milk, lowfat 1%
2 oz orange juice
1 medium banana
1/2 cup blackberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tsp sugar
Directions
Blend together and enjoy.
