Broiled Salmon Recipe

marinated salmon

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 lb salmon
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredience. Marinate fish. Put fish in a tin foil box and pour marinate over fish. Broil fish a distance away from the broiler fire till done.
