marinated salmon

| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 1/3 | cup lemon juice |
| 2 | tbsp mustard |
| 1 | tbsp garlic |
| 1 | tbsp grated ginger |
| 1 | lb salmon |
Mix first 6 ingredience. Marinate fish. Put fish in a tin foil box and pour marinate over fish. Broil fish a distance away from the broiler fire till done.Categories
