judy's killer soup-great when your hungry
| 5 | large onions, diced |
| 2 | lbs carrots, diced |
| 8 | stalks celery, diced |
| 4 | lbs cabbage, chopped |
| 128 | ounce canned tomatoes |
| 64 | cups water |
- combine all ingredients in large (16qt) soup pot and simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
- season to taste - husband likes to use hot pepper sauce.
