Beef Stew Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Hearty Stew. Can add more broth or water to make into soup. Serving is 1.25 cups.

Ingredients
1 3/4 lbs beef
16 oz peas
16 oz mushrooms
1 cup red beans
1 cup white beans
1 cup lentils
3 cups potatos, chopped
36 oz. organic beef broth
6 cups cabbage
2 carrots, chopped
16 oz water
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
3 tbsp white wine
6 tbsp honey
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.

  2. Let sit over night

  3. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

  4. Let sit 1 hour.

  5. Serve.
