| 1 3/4 | lbs beef |
| 16 | oz peas |
| 16 | oz mushrooms |
| 1 | cup red beans |
| 1 | cup white beans |
| 1 | cup lentils |
| 3 | cups potatos, chopped |
| 36 | oz. organic beef broth |
| 6 | cups cabbage |
| 2 | carrots, chopped |
| 16 | oz water |
| 2 | tsp salt |
| 2 | tbsp pepper |
| 3 | tbsp white wine |
| 6 | tbsp honey |
- Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Let sit over night
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Let sit 1 hour.
- Serve.
