Chicken Tikka Masala (curry)

Ingredients

g chicken breast, chopped |
| 100 |
g plain yogurt |
| 1 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 305 |
g onion, diced |
| 110 |
ml water |
| 460 |
g potato, diced |
Directions
- Marinade chicken, yoghurt and a pack of 'Asian Home Gourmet Tikka Masala Spice paste' for at least 10 minutes.
- Boil potatos.
- Put the oil in a pan and fry onion until soft, add the potatos.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
