Turkey Taco Rice Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb 99% Lean Ground Turkey
14 1/2 oz petite diced Tomatoes
1 cup Brown Rice
12 tsp. Taco Seasoning (1 pkg)
3 cups water
Directions
  1. Brown Turkey in large fry pan

  2. Add Tomatoes, Rice, Taco Seasoning and Water.

  3. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for approx 30 min or until water is absorbed.

  4. Top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese & salsa if desired (not included in calorie count) Serve with Taco Chips.
