Whole Wheat Muffins- Eggless Recipe

Makes 12 servings


Using fat free sour cream makes these a nice low calorie snack!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
3 T brown sugar
1 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
  1. Sift together dry ingredients.

  2. Blend in sour cream, mixing only enough to combine ingredients.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough into lined muffin tin.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
