10 oz of portabella mushrooms is about 4 large mushroom caps

Ingredients

oz portabella mushrooms |
| 2 |
cups frozen spinach |
| 1/3 |
cup feta cheese |
| 1/4 |
cup cottage cheese |
| 1/2 |
tsp garlic powder |
Directions
- Pre-heat oven 450'F
- Clean out mushroom cap with spoon, discard scraps
- mix frozen spinach , cheeses, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste
- spray cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray
- generously spread filling over caps
- Spray tops with cooking spray and lightly salt again
- cook for 15 minutes
- let cook for about 5 before serving
