oz egg beater |

g onion |

tsp olive oil |
Directions
- Chop veg,
- Heat skillet,
- Heat olive oil for 2 min,
- Add veg,
- Sautee for 4-5 mins until soft and golden in colour,
- Add egg beaters.
- Enjoy!
