Quick and Easy Russian Blini Recipe

Makes 6 servings


Russian style blini or crepes

Ingredients
3 eggs
3 cups of milk
2 cups of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of sugar
2 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
  1. First heat up and butter the pan ( I just use a tefal coated pan so I do not use any butter)

  2. Mix well together eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar. Make sure the dough is smooth and without any clumps and it should be of watery consistency. Then add olive oil (or vegetable oil) to the dough and mix well again.
