| 10 | cups water |
| 16 | oz canned tomatoes |
| 4 | oz pasta shells |
| 1/2 | cup white beans |
| 1/2 | cup kidney beans |
| 3/4 | cup pinto beans |
| 2 | medium potatoes, chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cups shredded carrots |
| 1/2 | cup chopped bell pepper |
| 3/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | tbsp oregano, fresh |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil, extra virgin |
| 1 | tbsp hot sauce |
| 1 | tbsp salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper |
- Put all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn heat down and let simmer for 30-45 min.
- Enjoy.
