Tuna melt with a "heart healthy" tortilla
| 1 | Whole What Tortilla |
| 2 | oz. Tuna Light Canned in Water |
| 1/2 | oz. cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1/8 | cup onions, finely diced |
| 1 | tbsp Miracle Whip |
- Combine tuna, chopped onions and Miracle whip.
- Spread tuna mixture on half of the tortilla, then top with shredded cheese. Fold over the tortilla.
- In a heated pan, use a light oil spray (like pam) and fry the quesadilla. A few minutes on each side, to melt the cheese.
- Enjoy.
