Hearty, warming
| 1 | tbs olive oil |
| 4 | oz turkey (bacon) |
| 2 | large onions |
| 2 | garlic cloves |
| 16 | oz turkey sausages |
| 4 | potatoes, (baking) peeled and thinly sliced |
| 1/4 | tsp sage |
| 1 1/4 | cups vegetable broth |
| 1 | salt |
| 1 | pepper |
- Preheat oven 350'. lightly grease shallow earthenware dish.
- Heat oil in pan. Fry bacon (2 mins), onios (5-6 mis) and garlic (1 min). Remove mixture and set aside.
- Fry sausages in same pan for 5-6 mins until golden brown.
- Arrange potatoes on base of pan. Sppon the bacon mixture on top. Season and spirnkle with sage. Pour over the stock and top with the sausages.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour, until the potaotes are tender.
