A very healthy and nutritious italien favorite
| 1 | slice rye bread |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1/2 | avocado (mashed) |
| 1/2 | cup cucumber (chopped) |
| 1/2 | cup tomato (chopped) |
| 1 | tbsp basil |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/2 | tsp fresh black pepper |
- Slighlty toast the bread.
- Cut the garlic in half and rub onto the bread to retrieve the garlic flavour.
- Mash the avocado with the salt and pepper and basil.
- Add the tomatoes and cucumber and mix all (add a little olive oil if you like, but niot much).
- Top the bread with the mixture and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
