Bruscetta Alla Healthy Recipe

Makes 1 serving


A very healthy and nutritious italien favorite

Ingredients
1 slice rye bread
1 clove garlic
1/2 avocado (mashed)
1/2 cup cucumber (chopped)
1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
Directions
  1. Slighlty toast the bread.

  2. Cut the garlic in half and rub onto the bread to retrieve the garlic flavour.

  3. Mash the avocado with the salt and pepper and basil.

  4. Add the tomatoes and cucumber and mix all (add a little olive oil if you like, but niot much).

  5. Top the bread with the mixture and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
