Lagman On Lamb Bones Recipe

Soup/Stew

Ingredients
7 ounces lamb bones
2 onions, diced, fried
2 potatoes, diced, fried
2 tomatoes, diced, fried
1 zucchini, diced, fried
1 bell pepper, diced, fried
8 ounces spaghetti, boiled
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. Make lamb boullion. Separately fry all the vegetables in olive oil. Later add all the vegetable to the boullion. Add spices.

  2. At the same time boil spaghetti or any other pasta until ready.

  3. To serve:

  4. Put pasta on the bottom of the bowls, and top with the stew/soup
