Potato Chicken Bake

Makes 4 servings

chicken, potatoes and onions

Ingredients
1 1/3 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, quartered
2 pounds red potatoes, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1/2 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Ken's Lite Northern Italian w/Basil & Romano
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree's.

  2. Mix potatoes, onions, carrot, chicken and garlic into a bowl. Add cheese and salad dressing. Mix well.

  3. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
