medium carrots, sliced |

small onion, diced |

cloves garlic, chopped |

cup Parmesan cheese |

cup Ken's Lite Northern Italian w/Basil & Romano |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degree's.
- Mix potatoes, onions, carrot, chicken and garlic into a bowl. Add cheese and salad dressing. Mix well.
- Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked.
