Wonderfully healthy and Tasty Indian flat bread.

Ingredients
| 1/2 |
cup spinach |
| 1 |
tbsp Olive oil |
| 3/4 |
cup 1% fat cottage cheese |
| 1 |
cup whole wheat flour |
Directions
- Blen Spinach and Cotatge cheese.
- Knead with flour till smooth.
- Cover the dough with a clean kitchen cloth.
- Wait for 30 minutes.
- Use a pastry roller to roll out 6" flat breads on a floured surface.
- Toast on either side on a hot girdle with a drop of oil till bubbles form on surface.
- Enjoy tasty and healthy chappatis.
