Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients
1 red pepper
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Chop pepper, onions, and garlic

  3. Heat them in a saute pan

  4. Remove to a plate and cool.

  5. When the peppers and onions are cool, combine all of the remaining ingredients together.

  6. Pack the meat mixture into a baking dish.

  7. Top with the marinara making sure to spread evenly over the top.

  8. Bake for approximately 50 to 60 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees F in the middle of the meatloaf.
